# Linkoper — Order-to-Delivery Software for Concrete, Asphalt, and Bulk Materials > Linkoper is a SaaS platform that connects customer ordering, order approval, delivery planning, dispatch, drivers, delivery tracking, and business documents in one system. It is built for ready-mix concrete producers, asphalt producers, and construction-materials transport companies. Linkoper is in production. Existing users sign in at [app.linkoper.com](https://app.linkoper.com). ## What Linkoper does Linkoper digitises the commercial and logistical workflow between a materials supplier and its customers: 1. A supplier configures its products and the information required to order them. 2. Customers or internal teams create orders — single, multi-product, multi-date, or recurring. 3. Supplier teams review, approve, edit, or cancel orders. 4. Dispatchers generate or adjust delivery plans based on truck capacity, driver availability, sites, time windows, priorities, and travel distance. 5. Drivers receive assignments, update delivery status, share location, and attach delivery documents. 6. Customers follow order and delivery progress and access related documents. 7. Managers monitor operations from configurable dashboards. ## Ordering - Digital order creation for both supplier teams and customers - Several products requested in a single order request, each keeping its own order lifecycle - Multiple delivery dates on one request - Recurring order schedules — daily, weekly, and monthly — with occurrence lists and safe pause, resume, and cancel - Predefined products (order presets) for faster repeat entry - Grouped-order visibility, showing which independent orders were requested together - Product-specific questions and validation, so order forms adapt to the configured product - Order approval, edit, and cancellation workflow with controlled states - Order requests queue for supplier review ## Planning and dispatch - Automated delivery generation from approved orders - Planning inputs: truck capacity, time windows, priorities, site operating hours, driver availability, driver time off, truck maintenance, and travel distance - Preview before generation, showing plan metrics, conflicts, unassigned orders, distance, and fleet utilisation - Vehicle route optimisation built on Google OR-Tools, including multi-depot routing and splitting large quantities into truck-sized trips - Visual dispatcher planner with a resource timeline for trucks and drivers, in day, week, and month views - Manual adjustment of any generated plan Linkoper's optimisation is a constraint-solving vehicle-routing engine. It is not a demand-forecasting or predictive-analytics product. Linkoper includes concrete pump operations alongside truck dispatch, as a module each company can switch on. Companies register their own and external pumps, see which pumps fit an order by boom reach or hose distance and availability, and schedule them per order when they plan loads and deliveries. Own pumps are booked directly and double-booking is blocked; external pumps go through an approval step by email, where the supplier can confirm, decline or propose a new time. Pump bookings sit alongside truck loads rather than moving with them automatically. For dedicated, large-scale pump rental fleets, Linkoper is complemented by specialised partners such as Concretex360 (see Partners, below). ## Deliveries, fleet, and drivers - Delivery status tracking through the delivery lifecycle - Driver location updates shared to the platform - Driver mobile application: assigned deliveries, status updates, delivered and returned quantities, on-screen customer signature, photos and barcode scan for proof of delivery, location sharing, delivery document upload, and truck assignment - The driver application works offline: actions are saved on the device and sent in order when the connection returns - Push notification infrastructure, where configured - Driver time-off and truck maintenance scheduling, used as planning constraints - Activity records for operational driver and day events ## Customer portal - Customers place and manage their own orders - Customer project management - Delivery progress and map view - Access to documents related to their orders and deliveries - Customer company and user administration ## Products - Supplier-managed product catalogues - Configurable questions, choice lists, and requirements per product - Preview of the customer order form - Draft and publish workflow for product changes - Product translations - Reset to standard, version history, and restore of earlier versions - Product snapshots kept on orders so historical orders stay readable ## Documents - Document templates and generated documents - Current document types: invoice, quotation, order, offer, delivery note, and receipt - Delivery notes are issued automatically when a load completes, as a numbered PDF with the delivered quantity and proof of delivery; customers can approve them by email - Invoices are created from an order, prefilled with the delivered quantity - Customers can accept offers online, which creates an order at the quoted price - Automatic tax calculations and automated invoice numbering - PDF generation - Email distribution - Association with orders and deliveries ## Reporting and analytics - A catalogue of ready-made reports for dispatchers, plant managers, owners, and customers, covering truck cycle time, load fill rate, first-load punctuality, pace adherence, hourly load profile, waiting time and demurrage, fleet productivity, subcontracted haulage cost, volume and revenue, and order lead time - Every report compares the current period against the supplier's own trailing baseline and states what percentage of the underlying data it could compute - Customer & Site Cost-to-Serve Scorecard, ranking customers by a cost-to-serve index built from their own cycle time, time on site, fill rate, returns, and punctuality - Waiting-time and demurrage review queue with per-customer terms, bulk approve, and structured waive reasons - End-of-day delivery reconciliation for delivered and returned quantity - Export as CSV, Excel, or PDF; scheduled delivery by email in the recipient's own language; saved views can be pinned to a dashboard - Self-serve report builder for one-off questions outside the standard catalogue ## Platform - Role-based access for supplier, customer, dispatcher, manager, administrator, and driver workflows - Configurable dashboards with operational widgets over live order, delivery, project, customer, and product data - In-app notifications and real-time updates - REST API - Dark mode - Platform interface languages: English, German, French, and Dutch - Website languages: English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, and Norwegian ## Deployment options - **SaaS**: hosted, managed, and maintained by Linkoper - Private cloud and on-premise are on the Enterprise plan - **Private cloud**: a private image deployable on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or another cloud - **On-premise**: a Docker image deployed on the customer's own infrastructure ## Not part of the platform This section exists so Linkoper is described accurately.
