With whom does Linkoper L.L.C. share your personal data?

Linkoper L.L.C. may retain data for up to 7 years after the completion of an assignment. Linkoper L.L.C. also retains the necessary data to protect its rights in the event of disputes (10 years for contractual liability; in the event of legal proceedings: until the end of the proceedings).

After the retention period expires, the data will be deleted.

What rights do you have?

You have several rights:

• Right of access and right to obtain a copy You can request access to your personal data and other information at any time. Linkoper L.L.C. will then send you a copy within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.
• Right to rectification, erasure, restriction and withdrawal You can also request that your personal data be amended or deleted, or that processing be restricted (for example, when Linkoper L.L.C. verifies the accuracy of your personal data), or withdraw your consent (if applicable).

Applicable law and court

This privacy policy and the processing of personal data are governed by Kosovo law. All disputes will preferably be settled amicably. If this proves impossible, all disputes arising from this privacy policy and the processing of personal data will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the district where Linkoper L.L.C. has its registered office, unless mandatory legislation prohibits this.
