Product Catalogue
Configure exactly what you ask customers for when they order
Start from a standard product or build your own, add the questions that matter to your operation, and see the live order form update as you build it.
Add a proven standard product to the catalogue as a starting point, duplicate an existing product, or create a new one from scratch. Nothing changed here affects any other supplier's catalogue.
What this is
Every supplier gets a private, editable copy of Linkoper's standard product catalogue — concrete, asphalt, sand, aggregates, and more — which can be extended, adapted, or built on from scratch. Changes are drafted and only reach customers when explicitly published, and every publish is versioned so any change can be reset or restored.
Start anywhere
From a standard product, or from a blank one
Add a proven standard product to the catalogue as a starting point, duplicate an existing product, or create a new one from scratch. Nothing changed here affects any other supplier's catalogue.
- Standard products for concrete, asphalt, sand, and aggregates, ready to adapt
- Turn any product on or off instantly, separate from publishing changes
- See at a glance which products are custom, changed from standard, or awaiting publish
Order questions
Build the order form your customers actually fill in
Add short text, long text, number, yes/no, single-choice, multiple-choice, or date questions, mark them required or optional, and set up conditional questions that only appear based on an earlier answer. The preview alongside the editor is the same component that renders the real order form — not a mockup that can drift from what a customer actually sees.

Nothing is permanent by accident
Draft, publish, and a full version history
Edits autosave as a draft and stay invisible to customers until published. Every publish, reset-to-standard, or restore is versioned, so any change can be undone. Renaming or removing a question never rewrites the history of orders placed before the change.
- Reset a single question, or the whole product, back to the Linkoper standard
- Restore any earlier published version
- Past orders keep the exact labels and choices the customer saw at the time
Multi-language by default
Translated content, without extra work
A product cloned from a standard template inherits full translations immediately — only text a supplier changes or adds needs translating. A dedicated screen shows exactly what's left to translate, with a one-click option to copy the source text into any empty field.
Questions
Product catalogue — common questions
Direct answers about how configuration works.
Do I need developer help to add a new order question?
No. Adding a question is a form in the product editor — a label, an answer type, and whether it's required — with no code or Linkoper involvement needed.
What happens to past orders if I rename a question?
Nothing. Every order line keeps a snapshot of the product exactly as the customer saw it when the order was placed, so renaming or removing a question later never rewrites order history.
Can I preview the order form before publishing changes?
Yes. The product editor shows a live preview using the same component that renders the real order form, so what's visible while editing is what customers will see once published.
See your own catalogue, configured your way
A short call is usually enough to show how a product would look configured for your operation.

Built on Order Management
Every configured product becomes part of the same order form suppliers and customers already use.
