Reporting & Analytics
Know where truck time goes, and which customers cost more to serve
Reports built around the questions a dispatcher, plant manager, or owner actually acts on — not another dashboard of totals.
A flat list of charts serves nobody. Reports are grouped by the decision they support.
What this is
Linkoper's reporting engine turns the delivery, order, fleet and waiting-time data the platform already captures into ready-made reports for dispatchers, plant managers, owners, and customers. Every report compares the current period against the supplier's own trailing baseline, states how much of the underlying data it could actually compute, and can be exported, scheduled, or pinned straight to a dashboard.
Report catalogue
Organised by who actually acts on it
A flat list of charts serves nobody. Reports are grouped by the decision they support.
- Yesterday's ExceptionsWhat went wrong, and who do I need to call?
- Truck Cycle TimeWhere does the hour go — loading, travel, waiting, or discharge?
- Hourly Load ProfileWhen is the peak, and can it be flattened?
- Waiting Time & DemurrageWhich sites are burning truck time, and how much of it is recoverable?
- Load Fill Rate & First-Load PunctualityAre trucks going out full, and on time?
- Pace AdherenceOn a continuous pour, are we hitting the requested interval?
- Fleet ProductivityLoads and volume per truck, own fleet versus subcontracted.
- Volume & RevenueWhere is the business actually moving, by customer, product, and plant?
- Order Lead Time & Short-Notice MixHow much of the book is same-day chaos, and from whom?
- Subcontracted Haulage CostWhat is external capacity actually costing against the own fleet?
- Project ConsumptionOrdered versus delivered against the project estimate, and the projected finish.
- My DeliveriesOn-time rate, first-load punctuality, and their own delivery history.
- Order History & SpendEvery order placed, with spend and price coverage stated.
Flagship report
See which customers cost more to serve than they pay for
The Customer & Site Cost-to-Serve Scorecard ranks every customer by a plain cost-to-serve index — built from their own cycle time, time on site, fill rate, returns, and first-load punctuality, each measured against the supplier's own trailing baseline, never a generic industry number. Every figure drills down to the loads behind it.
- One row per customer, ranked worst-to-best, expandable to site or project level
- Recoverable waiting-time cost surfaced alongside the index, not buried in a separate report
- Price and delivered-value coverage stated on every line, so a partial dataset is never read as a complete one

Every report, the same way
Compared against your own baseline, not an industry benchmark
Every report in the catalogue can compare the current period to the previous period or the same period last year, computed by the same engine that renders the chart, the table, and the export — so the screen, the PDF, and the scheduled email can never disagree.
Waiting-time recovery
Turn waiting time into evidence, not an argument
Site waiting time is timestamped per load and aggregated per customer against contractual terms. A weekly review queue groups charges by customer for bulk approval, and every waive requires a structured reason — commercial goodwill, own delay, early arrival, site access, and others — instead of a free-text note nobody can act on later.
End-of-day, not end-of-week
Confirm today's loads in two minutes
Every completed load is pre-filled as fully delivered with nothing returned — a dispatcher only has to touch the exceptions, note a return reason, and confirm the rest in one click. This is the one data-capture step that feeds fill-rate, returned-volume, and delivered-value reporting across the whole module.
Get it where you need it
Export, schedule, or pin — the numbers never drift
Export
CSV, Excel, or a branded, print-ready PDF, generated from the same query behind the screen.
Schedule
Daily, weekly, or monthly delivery to a recipient list, rendered in each recipient's own language.
Pin to dashboard
Save a filtered view once, pin it, and it shows up as a live tile on the dashboard from then on.
For non-standard questions
A self-serve builder for the question no report covers
Pick a dataset — deliveries, orders, waiting time, or fleet — then choose dimensions and metrics directly. The result renders through the same chart, table, and export components as every built-in report, so a one-off question gets a proper answer without waiting for a new report to be built.

How it works
From delivery record to answer
| Input | Action | Output |
|---|---|---|
| A delivery is completed and, where relevant, reconciled | The engine computes cycle time, fill rate, waiting time, and value against the price in force when the order was placed | Every report and dashboard tile stays consistent, because they read the same computed figures |
| A supplier or customer opens a report, or one runs on schedule | The query is scoped to that user's own data and compared to their trailing baseline | A chart, a table, a KPI strip, and an export that all agree with each other |
Questions
Reporting & analytics — common questions
Direct answers about what's included and how it works.
What reports does Linkoper include out of the box?
A catalogue covering truck cycle time, load fill rate, first-load punctuality, pace adherence, hourly load profile, waiting time and demurrage, fleet productivity, subcontracted haulage cost, volume and revenue, and order lead time — plus the Customer & Site Cost-to-Serve Scorecard, a demurrage review queue, and end-of-day delivery reconciliation.
Can customers see their own reports?
Yes. Customers see their own project consumption, delivery performance, and order history with spend, scoped to their own data only — they never see figures for other customers or a supplier's cost-to-serve view.
How is waiting time and demurrage calculated?
Arrival and discharge are timestamped per load, a free-time allowance and hourly rate are applied from the terms in force for that customer, project, or supplier default, and every charge sits in a pending state until a person approves or waives it with a structured reason.
Can reports be scheduled or emailed automatically?
Yes. A saved view can be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly to a list of recipients, delivered as a PDF, Excel, or CSV attachment rendered in each recipient's own language.
See your own numbers, not a demo dataset
A short call is usually enough to show what the Cost-to-Serve Scorecard and the waiting-time queue would surface for your operation.
