Sysdyne alternatives: 6 ConcreteGo options compared for 2026
Disclosure: Linkoper publishes this page and sells one of the products in it. Linkoper is listed first because it is our product; the order is not a ranking. Facts about other vendors carry a numbered source you can check. "Not stated" means we did not find it on their public pages, not that the product lacks it. Recommendations are our own judgement.
Collected on 1 November 2026 from each company's public website and the other sources listed. Most of this is what vendors say about themselves, which we have not tested, and it may have changed or be incomplete. Confirm anything important with the vendor. If something here is wrong, tell us at info@linkoper.com and we will correct it.
The short answer
If you keep your batch system and can work without a pre-built connection to it, start with Linkoper, our own product: smart dispatch, order processing, delivery notes and invoices, and pump scheduling, with a published price and an on-premise option on Enterprise. Command Alkon suits a broad own product range, Jonel or MPAQ suit batch control and dispatch from one vendor, Dispatch360 suits a fleet-first approach, and XBE/BCMI suits one platform across materials in North America.
- Sysdyne is cloud-based, and no on-premise dispatch option is described. Linkoper offers on-premise on its Enterprise plan. Command Alkon's pages refer to on-premise dispatch in existing installations and Jonel publishes an install guide, but neither states whether on-premise is sold today, so ask them.
- If you use BatchGo, you can keep it while changing dispatch: Sysdyne says it works with third-party dispatch.
- Service regions and languages are not stated on the Sysdyne pages we read, so buyers outside the US should ask.
- Linkoper makes this page and is one of the options. Check the sources and judge for yourself.
What Sysdyne offers
Sysdyne Technologies, founded in 1976 and based in Stamford, Connecticut, sells ConcreteGo for cloud dispatch, BatchGo for batch control, DeliveryGo for GPS and e-ticketing, and Delivery View for customer visibility.[1][2][3][4][5]
It says over 350 producers and more than 700 plants use its software.[6]
It states dispatch can be implemented in as little as two weeks, and its FAQ says ConcreteGo is not charged while plants are closed for winter. Those are real advantages for seasonal producers.[7]
Where Linkoper fits
- Smart dispatch. Linkoper generates a delivery plan from approved orders, with route optimisation built on Google OR-Tools, multi-depot routing and large orders split into truck-sized trips. You preview plan metrics, conflicts and unassigned orders before saving, then adjust on a visual planner in day, week or month views.[8]
- Order processing. Customers or your team place orders with several products, several dates, or daily, weekly and monthly recurring schedules, and each product can have its own questions and validation. Customer orders go through supplier approval, with changes and cancellations in controlled states.[8]
- Delivery notes and invoices. When a load completes, Linkoper issues a numbered PDF delivery note with the delivered quantity and proof of delivery, such as an on-screen signature and photos, and customers can approve it by email. The driver app keeps working offline. Invoices are created from the order, prefilled with the delivered quantity, with VAT and automatic numbering.[8]
- Pumps alongside trucks. Register your own and external pumps, see which fit an order by boom reach or hose distance and availability, and schedule them per order as you plan deliveries. Your own pumps are booked directly, double-booking is blocked, and external pumps go through an approval step by email. Pump bookings sit alongside truck loads and do not move with them automatically.[8]
- A published price. Starter is $799 per month for one plant with unlimited trucks, drivers and users, including customer ordering and invoicing. Multi-plant Enterprise is by quote, and links to batch, ERP or accounting systems are quoted per project.[9]
- A choice of deployment. Run it as SaaS, or on private cloud or on-premise on the Enterprise plan, by quote.[8][9]
Linkoper does not control batch plants and has no pre-built connectors for them. Orders and tickets reach your batch system through the API, exports or manual entry, and a project-specific link is quoted separately. If you want batching and dispatch from one vendor, look at the full-stack vendors, and check which of them sell their own lab quality control.
Reasons you might compare alternatives
We have no data on why customers leave. These are points from public sources worth checking, not a verdict on the product.
Deployment requirements
ConcreteGo is described as cloud software, and no on-premise dispatch option is described. A producer with a policy of hosting its own systems should ask Sysdyne, or compare products that state an on-premise option.[2]
Regions and languages
The pages we read do not state service regions or languages, though Sysdyne states 100% US-based support. A producer outside the US should ask before shortlisting.[1][7]
Quality control in one vendor
Quality control runs through integration partners, listed on its integrations page, and no own lab product appears in its product list. Command Alkon, for one, sells its own.[10][11]
A narrower or simpler scope
Our view: if you do not need batch control from your dispatch vendor, and customer ordering matters more to you, it can be worth comparing products built around that workflow.

The alternatives in detail
Linkoper
We make Linkoper, so read this entry with that in mind. It is order-to-delivery software for ready-mix, asphalt and construction-materials transport companies, founded in 2024 in Prishtina, Kosovo.[8] It covers smart dispatch, order processing, delivery notes and invoices, pump operations, a driver app, a customer portal and delivery reporting.[8]
Strengths
- Delivery plans generated from approved orders, with multi-depot route optimisation, a preview before saving and a visual planner.[8]
- Multi-product, multi-date and recurring orders, with per-product questions and controlled approval states.[8]
- Delivery notes issued when a load completes, with on-screen signature and photos, and a driver app that works offline.[8]
- Own and external pumps scheduled per order, with supplier approval for external ones.[8]
- A published starting price, with unlimited trucks, drivers and users for one plant on Starter.[9]
- Delivery reports such as truck cycle time, load fill rate, first-load punctuality and waiting time.[8]
- SaaS on Starter, with private cloud or on-premise on the Enterprise plan, by quote.[8][9]
- A single-plant rollout typically takes two to four weeks, depending on size and scope.[8][9]
Limitations
- It does not control batch plants and has no pre-built batch plant connectors, so you keep your plant system alongside it. Several other products here make batch control or name systems they connect to.[8]
- No laboratory quality control, raw-material inventory, plant production reporting or integrated payments.[8]
- No pre-built accounting or ERP connectors, and no credit checking. Links run through the REST API and exports and are quoted per project.[8][9]
- Pump bookings sit alongside truck loads and do not move with them automatically, so a dispatcher updates them if a delivery changes.[8]
- The pump module is off until a company switches it on.[8]
- Driver location comes from the driver app; there is no telematics hardware, truck sensor or engine data.[8]
- A much younger company than the long-established vendors here, founded in 2024.[8]
Best for: Single-plant producers who want a published price, and multi-plant producers who accept an Enterprise quote, in the EU, the UK or the US, who keep their batch system and want ordering, planning, dispatch, tickets and a customer portal in one product.
Ask them: Ask us how orders and delivery data would reach your batch and accounting systems, because that is scoped per project through the API and exports.
Command Alkon
Command Alkon sells software for ready-mix, concrete products, asphalt, aggregates and cement producers from its headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio.[23] Its ready-mix range covers cloud Dispatch, COMMANDseries, batch automation, fleet tracking, quality control, a customer portal and accounts receivable.[26]
Strengths
- Its own products cover batch, dispatch, fleet, quality control, portal and receivables, so one vendor can supply most of the ready-mix stack.[26]
- Offices on several continents, relevant for producers operating across borders.[23]
- When using its on-premise batch controllers, a plant keeps batching locally during an internet outage.[20]
- Open API towards ERP systems, third-party tools and IoT devices.[19]
Things to check
- Prices are not published, so you need a sales conversation to get a number.[19]
- A Command Alkon blog post gives 31 December 2026 as the end of support for Integra, and says this does not force an immediate shutdown. Integra users have a decision to make.[51]
- Its pages describe ERP and accounting integration through open APIs but name no packages, so ask about yours.[19]
Best for: Multi-plant or multi-country producers who want batch, dispatch, fleet and quality control from one large vendor, and who are comfortable with a sales-led purchase.
Ask them: What will the modules you actually need cost over three years? If you run Integra, what is the migration path and who pays for it?
Jonel
Jonel Engineering traces its work in concrete automation back to 1963.[52] It offers Archer batching controls and Access dispatch, with mobile ticketing, a customer portal and an API.[53][54]
Strengths
- One vendor for batch controls and dispatch.[53]
- Long operating history in concrete automation.[52]
- Publishes named accounting integrations, including QuickBooks, Sage and Microsoft Dynamics.[33]
- The portal covers order tracking, documents and customer payments.[31]
Things to check
- Prices are not published.[27]
- GPS runs through integrations (Google Maps, Trimble and Coretex are named); own telematics hardware is not stated.[28]
- The public pages give little deployment detail, so ask.[28]
Best for: Producers already on Jonel batch controls who want dispatch from the same vendor and whose accounting package is on its named list.
Ask them: Which parts run in the cloud and which are installed? How is customer data kept separate and protected?
Dispatch360
Dispatch360 is a product of skEYEwatch, based in Spring Hill, Florida, for concrete, aggregate and paving fleets.[36] Its modules include GPS fleet tracking, order management, eTicketing, a customer portal, a third-party hauler app, time and attendance, push-to-talk, video and payment processing.[38]
Strengths
- Software and fleet hardware come from one vendor.[34]
- Names the third-party batch systems it connects to, with a tablet fallback for unsupported ones.[55]
- Voice and video options sit in the same platform.[34]
- Named accounting integrations: QuickBooks Online, Sage, Vista and NetSuite.[37]
Things to check
- Prices are not published, and hardware is an added one-time cost.[34]
- Not all batch systems are supported; the vendor says to confirm yours on a demo.[55]
- The Driver App on your own tablet has reduced functions compared with the dedicated hardware.[56]
- No batch control of its own, so you need a separate batching system.[55]
Best for: Fleet-focused producers with a compatible batch system who value bundled GPS, tickets and voice, and who are happy to install vendor hardware.
Ask them: Is my batch system supported, and how? What does the hardware cost per truck, and what do I lose on the own-tablet option?
XBE and BCMI
XBE and BCMI were two companies until a merger announced on 5 June 2025. They now operate as one company with both brands, and BCMI is the ready-mix line.[57] The platform spans scheduling, dispatch, materials, trucking and pricing for heavy materials, logistics and construction.[45]
Strengths
- Broad platform across scheduling, dispatch, materials, trucking and pricing.[45]
- Covers ready-mix, asphalt, aggregates and trucking in one company.[57][45]
- Implementation, integrations, migration and support are stated as included for BCMI.[42]
- States SOC 2 Type II certification.[45]
Things to check
- Prices are not published and a sales call comes first, although BCMI states no per-user licensing and no per-truck charges.[41][42]
- The stated market is North America.[43]
- It was formed by a recent merger and has made further acquisitions, so ask how products fit together today.[57]
Best for: North American producers and haulers operating at scale across several materials who want one logistics platform and are comfortable with a sales-led purchase.
Ask them: Which batch systems do you connect to? Which products are one platform today and which are still separate? How do you handle driver tickets on site?
MPAQ
MPAQ Automation is a private, family-run company in Mississauga, Ontario, operating since 1988.[58] It sells TouchBatch batch control, Insight Dispatch cloud dispatch and InScale ticketing.[46]
Strengths
- Own batch control plus dispatch, and TouchBatch can link to third-party dispatch through ULink.[48]
- Names quality control integrations: Stonemont and iQuadrel.[48]
- Native QuickBooks integration for TouchBatch.[48]
Things to check
- Its site says its systems are used across Canada, the US and the Caribbean, and mentions no other regions.[49]
- Prices are not published.[46]
- A driver app, customer portal and ready-mix e-ticketing are not mentioned on the pages we read, so ask.[47]
Best for: Producers in Canada, the US or the Caribbean who want to buy batch control and dispatch from one established specialist.
Ask them: Do you offer a driver app, e-ticketing and a customer portal for ready-mix? What is on the Insight Dispatch roadmap?
When staying with Sysdyne makes sense
- You are happy on cloud software and already use BatchGo and DeliveryGo together.
- You run seasonally and benefit from not paying for ConcreteGo while plants are closed.
- You rely on its named integrations with your accounting system.
- You are in the US or otherwise well served by its US-based support, and it works for you.
How to plan a move from Sysdyne
Changing dispatch software is mainly a planning and data job. This order of work reduces the risk, whichever product you choose.
1. List what the system really does for you
Write down each job your current system performs, who uses it and which other systems depend on it. Include batch tickets, invoicing exports and reports that someone rebuilds by hand each month. This list, not a feature brochure, is what you compare against.
2. Separate must-haves from habits
Mark the items you cannot run a day without, such as sending orders to the batch panel or exporting to accounting. Everything else is negotiable. Producers often find that some features they pay for are barely used.
3. Test the integrations first
Ask each vendor to show your batch system and accounting package connected, not just listed on a logo page. If a connection would be custom work, get the scope and the cost in writing before you compare prices.
4. Decide what data moves
Customers, sites, products and mix or product codes usually need to move. Open orders need a cut-over plan. Old tickets may only need to stay accessible, so check how long you must keep them and in what form.
5. Run a real day in parallel
Before you switch off the old system, plan and dispatch a real day in the new one, ideally at one plant. Include your busiest pattern, such as a large pour with several trucks, and have a driver and a customer try their side.
6. Compare the three-year cost
Add subscription, per-user or per-truck fees, hardware, implementation, integrations and the staff time for training and data clean-up. Check the contract term and notice period too, because they decide how easily you can change your mind.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the best alternative to Sysdyne ConcreteGo?
- It depends on why you are looking. Command Alkon offers a broad own range. Jonel and MPAQ combine batch control and dispatch. Dispatch360 is built around the fleet. XBE and BCMI span several materials in North America. Linkoper suits producers who keep their batch system and want customer ordering, planning and tickets. Linkoper publishes this page, so verify the sources.
- How much does ConcreteGo cost?
- Sysdyne does not publish prices. Its site describes a subscription model, and its FAQ says ConcreteGo is not charged for plants closed in winter. Ask for a written quote.
- Is there an on-premise alternative to ConcreteGo?
- ConcreteGo is described as cloud software. Linkoper offers an on-premise Docker image and a private cloud image on its Enterprise plan, by quote, as well as SaaS. MPAQ's TouchBatch runs on a plant PC, although its Insight Dispatch is cloud based. Jonel's public pages do not state whether on-premise dispatch is available, so ask.
- Can I keep BatchGo and change my dispatch software?
- Sysdyne's FAQ says BatchGo can work with third-party dispatch through the Universal Link protocol. Confirm the connection with your new dispatch vendor before you commit.
- Does Sysdyne serve customers outside the US?
- The pages we read do not state its service regions or languages, so ask Sysdyne directly. This is an absence of information, not evidence that it does not.
- How long does it take to switch from ConcreteGo?
- A dispatch-only move can be quick when integrations are simple. As one example, Linkoper typically takes two to four weeks for a single plant, not counting any project-specific integration. Ask other vendors for their figures. Allow more time if you are also changing batch control or accounting links, and run a parallel day first.
