Order lifecycle
From the customer's request to the paid invoice, on one platform
Every order, pump, load, weighing ticket, delivery note and invoice in one place. No re-typing, no lost tickets, no calling around.
What is order-to-cash software for concrete?
Order-to-cash software covers every step between a customer asking for concrete and the money arriving: taking and pricing the order, planning plant time, trucks and pumps, delivering with a ticket, collecting proof and sending the invoice. Linkoper keeps all of it on one order record, so nothing is typed twice.
Twelve steps, one order
Each step below links to the part of Linkoper that handles it.
01
Order managementOrder
Customers order in the customer portal, by quick order or as a recurring order. Each person at the customer orders with their own login and role.
02
Order managementPrice
Prices come from your price lists and surcharge rules, including pump prices. The quick order shows the price breakdown while it is filled in.
03
Dispatch boardConfirm
New loads start as drafts. Drafts are kept apart on the dispatch board and don't count towards its capacity and figures until someone confirms them.
04
PlanningPlan
Auto-planning respects plant opening hours in your company's time zone, each truck's legal maximum weight and, for asphalt, covered trucks first. You see a preview with conflicts and unplanned orders before anything is saved.
05
Pump managementPump
The pump is booked on the same order and confirmed by the pump partner. Pump and loads are planned for the same time on site.
06
Dispatch boardDispatch
One board for trucks, pumps and plant capacity, with a Needs action list of what needs the dispatcher now. Loads can be moved by drag and drop.
07
Delivery managementLoad and weigh
The weighing ticket comes from the driver app or the office. If the office corrects the weight after the delivery note was issued, the note is issued again as a new revision.
08
Customer portalDeliver
Drivers follow the job in the driver app, and customers follow their trucks on a live map. A late load is flagged with the minutes late and a reason, and stays on its route.
09
Delivery managementProof of delivery
Proof of delivery is collected the way each customer wants it: digital, on paper, both, or not at all.
10
Document managementDocuments
Delivery notes, product declarations and certificates come out in your own branding, and the customer finds them in the portal.
11
E-invoicingInvoice and e-invoice
Invoices carry the concrete, pump, waiting-time and surcharge lines from the order. Corrections go out as credit notes, and invoices can be sent as e-invoices.
12
Reporting & analyticsReport
Cost-to-serve, waiting time and demurrage, and reconciliation reports, filtered by plant and in your company's time zone.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to use every step?
No. Many producers start with ordering, planning and the dispatch board and add the rest later. Pump operations, for example, are a module each company switches on when it needs it.
Is anything typed twice?
No. The order created by the customer or the office is the same record the planner, the driver, the delivery note and the invoice use.
Does it work for asphalt and aggregates too?
Yes. Orders can be in cubic metres or tonnes, auto-planning respects each truck's legal maximum weight, and asphalt goes to covered trucks first.
Can customers follow their own orders?
Yes. Customers see today's loads, a live map of trucks on the way, their documents and invoices, and choose which notifications they get by email.
